Memo Volt Dosage And How To Take It
One capsule a day, with food, at the same time each day. Everything below is about doing that well — timing, food, storage, the mistakes, and when to stop.
One capsule, once a day, with food
That is the whole instruction. Everything below is about doing it well rather than doing it differently.
Ask a pharmacist first
Before the first capsule, not after the first bad afternoon. Take the full ingredient list. Free, and it takes minutes.
Always with a meal
Food improves absorption of several ingredients and prevents the stomach upset that is the most commonly reported problem in week one.
Same time, every day
Attach it to something you already do. Nothing here works acutely, so consistency beats timing.
Change nothing else
Same sleep, exercise, medicines and check-ups for the trial. Change three things at once and you learn nothing.
Six common mistakes
When to stop taking it
Stop and speak to a doctor for persistent stomach pain or diarrhoea lasting more than a week, unusual bruising or bleeding, dizziness, or signs of low blood sugar such as shakiness, sweating, confusion and a racing heart.
Stop at least two weeks before any scheduled surgery or dental extraction, and tell the team what you have been taking. Stop if you become pregnant.
Memo Volt dosage: common questions
How do you take Memo Volt?
One capsule a day, with food, at the same time each day. Do not exceed the serving size printed on the bottle.
With or without food?
With food. Several ingredients absorb better alongside a meal, and berberine on an empty stomach commonly causes cramping and loose stools.
What time of day?
Whichever time you will remember. There is no stimulant, so it will not affect sleep.
Can you take two a day?
No. Follow the serving size. Per-ingredient amounts are unpublished, so doubling means doubling an unknown.
What if you miss a day?
Take the next capsule at the usual time. Do not double up to catch up.
How should it be stored?
Closed, at room temperature, away from sunlight and humidity. Keep it away from children and dogs — the formula contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
